John Pointing:

BA, MPhil, Barrister, Field Court Chambers, Gray's Inn, London WC1R 5EP. His practice includes: environmental law, nuisance, health and safety, and food safety. Previous publications include: Alternatives to Custody, Blackwell, 1986 and Victims of Crime: A New Deal?, Open University Press, 1988 [with M. Maguire], and co-author with Rosalind Malcolm of Food Safety Enforcement, Chadwick House Publishing, 2005 and The Law and Practice of Statutory Nuisance, Oxford University Press, 2002.

Location

The workshops take place at the School of Management, University of Surrey, Guildford. The teaching facilities are first class with a range of different formats to suit each workshop with break-out rooms for small group working where required. There is ample parking available.
