Biography
Regina Rauxloh studied for her first law degree (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen) in Germany and received her LL.M. (in Law and Development) and her PhD from the University of Warwick, UK. She is now senior lecturer at the University of Surrey, where she teaches among others international criminal law, public international law, terrorism and law and law of armed conflict. Her research interests lie in International Criminal Law, Corporate Crime, Law of Armed Conflict and Terrorism. Regina is the Director of the Surrey International Law Centre (SILC). She has published work on corporate criminal responsibility in international criminal law, human trafficking, environmental crimes, comparative procedural law and regionalism. She has presented her work in New Zealand, the Untied States, South Korea, Germany, Greece, France and the UK.
