Biography

Renginee is a Lecturer in Law at the School of Law. Her research and teaching focus on company law, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
Before joining Surrey in 2009, she taught at the University of Kent, the University of Buckingham and the University of Mauritius. She is also a Visiting Professor in Company Law at Paris Descartes (Paris V), France.
