Academic Support Workers
ALS recruits a team of support workers to provide support to students in the following ways:
- Note taking
- Library and practical assistance
- Student helper
- Typing / transcribing
If you require this support
- Make an appointment with a disability advisor
- Apply for Disabled Students Allowance (prior to the start of course if possible)
- Funding is available for international students
- Give a copy of your timetable to ALS as soon as possible at the start of the semester if you need a note taker
