Support hours
- DiLIS support is normally available weekdays 0900-1700 UK time
- Outside these hours, at weekends, during Bank Holidays or other periods when the University Library is closed, you will be able to leave a voicemail message, send a fax or email and we will respond as soon as possible
- If you leave a message, please give your name, your student Registration Number and a daytime contact number or email address so that we can contact you promptly

Planning to visit the University Library?
- If you are planning to visit the Library please check our opening hours first, particularly if you are making a lengthy journey.
- If you have been issued with a campus card, please bring it to enter the Library which has controlled access
- If you do not already have a campus card, bring your confirmation of registration letter issued by the University (or other proof of registration), and we can produce a campus card for you during staffed opening hours
- When you visit the Library you will have the same entitlements as other on-campus students and may borrow books with your campus card to take away with you.
