The NRCD Archive is accessible to researchers in a number of ways:

• enquiries regarding our collections or individual's research interests can be made to the Archivist by email; telephone or post;
• catalogues of the collections can be searched and viewed online;
• appointments to visit the research room and view archive material can be booked by contacting the archives team either by email, telephone or post.

The Archives and Special Collections Research Room is located on the ground floor of the University Library, opposite the entrance, marked LLC on the campus map. The research room has seating for 18 and facilities for laptop users. The links on the right provide further information on how to find the Archives.

The research room is open Monday - Thursday 10:00am -12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:00pm and access to the research room is by appointment only, please email archives@surrey.ac.uk to make an appointment.

There is no charge for access to the archive collections although the following fee would apply to commercial users.

Reprographic Services

Copying services are provided subject to the restrictions of the Copyright Act, 1988.  All copying of archive material is done by archive staff.  Please note that the physical condition of an item may prohibit any copying.  The links on the right provide further information on our reprographic service and charges.
