PGSDP Action Planner

e-Learning and Self-Study Materials Repository
This repository includes a list of online materials covering an array of generic topics, such as writing, numeracy and presentation skills. It should be useful to students at all levels, including PGRs.

MILES
This is a new programme of events and funding opportunities to stimulate Surrey’s interdisciplinary research. Through various different activities, MILES aims to initiate and foster projects that bring together academics from mathematics, engineering, computing and physical sciences with those from the life sciences, social sciences and beyond. Not everything will be applicable to PGRs, but the site is still most definitely worth a look...

IT Services have developed a set of online resources for packages such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Further information can be found on the SPLASH website.

Stumped by SharePoint, worried about Word or finding PowerPoint problematic? Then you’ll be pleased to learn that IT Services still have spaces available on a range of courses designed to help you master computing.
