Increasingly now you will be expected to present on a question or on your research to a panel or the department at interview. This is an opportunity for you to go through your presentation and slides in preparation for the big day. Bookings can be made on a one-to-one basis.

Conference presentation skills
If you are planning to give a presentation at a conference and want an opinion on your presentation skills or slides then please make an appointment for a one-to-one session where we can go through your slides, get your story straight and  generally give you feedback on your presentation.

An outsider’s point of view
As an ECR it is often hard to get a good perspective on things when you are so focused on your own research and opinion within your department. This is an opportunity to talk to someone who is removed from the department but has been an ECR and can give a bit of perspective, whether it is on your next move, a grant you want to submit or something else.
