Group Study Rooms - Terms & Conditions
In booking a room you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
The rooms are made available for use for the following purposes:
- Revision
- Interviews
- Group Discussions
- Practicing Presentations
- Using Equipment (Interactive Group Study Room)
Rooms are available for groups of 3-5 people (smaller rooms) or 5-10 people (larger rooms) as indicated on the booking form.
Food and Drink may not be taken into the rooms, other than bottled water.
Please keep noise to a minimum in fairness to other Library users.
When using rooms with computer equipment please note:
- You will be held liable for any damage caused to the equipment in this room.
- If you encounter a fault with the equipment or software, please report this immediately to the Information Desk.
- Do not use anything on the Interactive Whiteboard, other than the pens and eraser provided in the trough at the bottom of the board.
