This spreadsheet contains lists of book titles, e-links, and internet resources that are available to students at the University of Surrey

PLEASE NOTE: When you exit the spreadsheet, you will be asked whether you want to save the changes made, please select 'No'.
In order to refine the search to a particular subject/theme:
• Click on the down arrow on the right hand side of the SUBJECT column.
• Select ALL will list all the possible subjects/themes available.
• Refine the search by selecting the subject/theme you are interested in e.g. Grammar or Exam Techniques
• Only those books with the selected subject/theme will be displayed.
• You can reselect at any time.
There are 12 columns of information:
• Subject: This column displays the subject/theme of the book and/or elink sources. Scroll down until you find the subject/theme you are interested in, for example, Academic Writing, Dissertation, Grammar, Exam Techniques and so forth.
• Title (NOTE: a title may appear more than once, if the book addresses more than one subject/theme)
• Author(s)
• SOURCE: Library Shelf - this indicates where the book can be found in the library, use the library catalogue to establish the availability
• SOURCE: Elink - click on the link to take you to the internet resource. Follow any additional instructions provided
• Additional Instructions – for example, Login via Athens
• Ed (edition)
• Year (of publication)
• Published
• Publisher
• Recommended by/Reading List for… - this will display information if the book/resource has been recommended on a particular course’s reading list.
• Module : If the book/resource appears on a reading list, this displays which course module it is relevant to.
