Rebecca Hoyle awarded "Maths of Life" grant

Rebecca Hoyle is a member of a consortium that has been awarded an EPSRC "Maths of Life" sandpit grant to work on "Trangenerational effects and evolution". The Surrey component is worth £231,940 and the project will run from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2013. A postdoc will be employed at Surrey from 1st Oct 2010 to 30th Sept 2012. The PI is Dr Rufus Johnstone (Zoology, Cambridge) and the other Co-Is are Dr Jonathan Wells (UCL Institute of Child Health) and Prof. Stuart Townley (Maths, Exeter).
