Undergraduate

Our undergraduate programmes provide a broad range of modules in different areas of mathematics, as well as offering many joint degree programmes with other subjects, including computing, finance and music. Our MMath programmes provide the opportunity to deepen your mathematics training and experience.

We have an active Maths Society which organises social events and offers support to fellow students.

Postgraduate Taught (MSc)

Our MSc Mathematics provides postgraduate students with the opportunity to deepen and broaden their knowledge of mathematics. The postgraduate programme is particularly appropriate for students considering either an academic career or a research career in an area of business or industry where high levels of mathematical expertise are valued.

Postgraduate Research (PhD)

Our postgraduate research programme gives the opportunity to study a particular topic in depth at PhD level. The results of this study are presented in a doctoral thesis. Individual supervision is provided by one or more members of academic staff.
