Surrey Chef gears up for charity bike ride

John Walter, Head Chef at the University of Surrey's Lakeside Restaurant, will be cycling nearly 80 miles on Saturday 6 September to raise money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
The Southwest Randonee is an off-road endurance event across the challenging terrain of the Quantock Hills and Exmoor. The circular ride will encompass a variety of single track, uphill climbs and downhill sections of the West Country.
