Anne Brooke of the University of the Surrey has recently had her fifth novel published. 'Maloney’s Law' is a dark crime thriller about Paul Maloney, a small-time private investigator who against his better judgement takes on a case brought to him by his ex-lover, Dominic Allen. Before he knows it, Paul finds himself embroiled in the dark dealings of big business and the sordid world of crime. Can he solve the mystery and protect those he loves before it's too late?
Maloney's Law has been shortlisted for the Harry Bowling Novel Prize and the Royal Literary Fund Mentoring Scheme, and longlisted for the Betty Bolingbroke-Kent Novel Award.
