Tuesday 1 September 2009

Come and get involved in a celebration of science on Tuesday 8 September as the University of Surrey hosts an exciting day of British Science Festival events.

Experience entertaining and exciting talks on Tuesday 8 September examining sleep, body rhythms and psychology or investigating how we can manage our waste and energy in the future and get up-to-date with the latest information about vitamin D.

You can also enjoy an evening with one of the UK’s most recognisable scientists, fertility expert and broadcaster Professor Robert Winston who joins us for a chat about his work, both in the lab and on the TV screen, his passions, and his hopes and fears for the future. Surrey’s science star Jim Al-Khalili will field the questions.
