The Surrey Clinical Research Centre at the University of Surrey will be holding an Open Day on Friday 13 March. Visitors will be given the opportunity to speak with the experts and learn how sleep can benefit your health. During the visit you will also have a chance to take a tour of the state-of the-art sleep labs and clinical facilities, as well as learn more about the clinical research that the Centre undertakes including sleep, diabetes and nutrition. Surrey experts recently featured on the BBC’s 'One Show' and CBBC’s 'Little Howard’s Big Question' and talked about the link between sleep and good health.
