Summary
William Evans, MEng (Southampton)
William received a First Class Master's degree in Acoustical Engineering from the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research, University of Southampton in 2008. He is currently working towards a PhD at the University of Surrey, in conjunction with Bang & Olufsen and is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, the Institute of Acoustics and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He is interested primarily in the perception of sound reproduction and loudspeaker design in general, and is keen to promote audio related activities amongst younger members of the community. In his spare time William is involved in sound production and recording and runs a small independent record label.
