Department moves up in 2011 Guardian league tables

The University of Surrey has jumped up to 20th in the 2011 Guardian University Guide, and the Department has gone up three places.
The University of Surrey is 20th in the 2011 Guardian University Guide, out of 118 universities. The undergraduate courses in Department of Physics went up three places to 29th.This is partly due to the Department's score of 93% for Teaching and 80% for Feedback. Both scores are the highest of any Department in the University.
