Alf Adams is named in Top 10 Scientific Discoveries

Our very own Professor Alf Adams is number 5 in the top 10 scientific discoveries according to the Daily Mail online for his work on strained quantum-well lasers which has led to the development of CDs, DVDs and the internet.
