Jim Al-Khalili receives Kelvin Medal

Jim Al-Khalili will receive the Kelvin Medal Award at the 2011 Institute of Physics Awards Dinner on 6th October at the Landmark Hotel, Marylebone.
The Institute of Physics Awards Dinner is an annual opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the physics community. The awards recognise outstanding research, innovative business development, and excellence in teaching and science community. The dinner is a significant event for the whole of the physics community and guests from business and government.
