PhD studentships for 2012 starts in the Department

Interested in doing a PhD in physics, starting October 2012? Expecting a first or upper second degree?
We have funding to support UK and UK-educated EU students from the UK research councils STFC and EPSRC, for October starts. These are for projects in all the Department's research groups, see our Research pages. Experimental and computational/theoretical projects are available.

There is also a PhD fair starting at 2pm in 02ATI02 on Weds 21st March. Please come along and find out more about the opportunities for PhD's in the Department. Registration is not compulsory but is helpful. You can register here.
