SEPnet Summer Internships 2013

80 projects have been submitted and we have selected  35 industry placements and 12 research placements from a diverse range of large and small organisations including Met Office, NPL, CCFE, QinetiQ and Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.  A number of new organisations have registered placements this year including AMEC, Thales, BAE Systems, Medical Research Council and LGC Forensics. SEPnet will fund the first 40 matched placements.

Recent research shows:
One in three graduate posts are filled by people who have previously worked for that company as an intern (High Fliers 2013)
Graduates without work experience will struggle to get jobs no matter how good their grades (High Fliers 2013)
