New MA in International Intervention

The Department of Politics is delighted to announce that, from autumn 2010, it will be running a new master’s degree in International Intervention.

This innovative programme will enable students to understand and evaluate contemporary debates in the study of international intervention, focusing on the factors that shape such intervention in situations of conflict, state breakdown and humanitarian emergencies.

It will provide a good preparation for students wishing to pursue a career in development, humanitarian assistance and conflict resolution, as well as politics more generally.
