Biography

I am currently performing doctoral research under the supervision of Dr Peter Hegarty. My project focuses on strategies to reduce homophobia.

Previous qualifications:

2008-2010, M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy, Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education, Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. Dissertation: Stigma and Emotional Distress in Romanian Gay Men. Supervisor: Dr Adriana Baban.

2005-2008, B.A. in Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education, Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. Graduated as valedictorian. B.A. Thesis: Romanian Gay Men’s Age Preferences in Romantic and Sexual Partners. Supervisors: Dr Alina S. Rusu and Marius I. Benta.
