Biography

I began my PhD in October 2010 following a MA in Human Resource Development and Consulting in Lancaster University. I also worked for an international consulting firm, Development Dimensions International (DDI) for almost three years before my PhD study.

My interest in Coaching Psychology started while working with DDI, I decided I hadn’t had enough studying, so I applied for a PhD at the University of Surrey.

Research Interests

My current research is focused on the development of Coaching Psychology, aims to develop and validate the effective factors and attributes of professional Coaching Psychologists that will facilitate the coaching relationship and results.
