Effect of Vitano® on Physiological and Psychological Responses to Psychological Stress assessed under laboratory conditions and in everyday life

Summary

Rhodiola rosea L. is a herb that has been used in the general population for many years to alleviate everyday stressors including anxiety, stress, fatigue and depression. The clinical efficacy of Rhodiola rosea L. has been demonstrated in a number of animal controlled studies; though there are few studies that have investigated the effects of Rhodiola rosea L. in humans. 

The study will examine the possible moderating effect Rhodiola rosea L. (Vitano®) has on stress, stress responsivity and recovery in a sample of healthy volunteers.
