Thinking on your feet, taking the unexpected in your stride and working well with others are all attributes we need in the fast changing business world. The ability to adapt, collaborate and deal with constant change are essential to your progress.
During this session Sally Hindmarch of Partners With You will cover a selection of techniques to help develop these key skills.
Specific elements include:

• Taking responsibility / avoiding blame
• Reducing self-editing and censorship
• Listening and awareness skills
• Creating a positive environment
As with all of Partners With You workshops the session is interactive, practical and fun.
Speaker profile - Sally Hindmarch – Partners With You Ltd
Sally set up “Partners With You” in 2000 after 25 years working within the service industry to help companies to stop annoying their customers! In 2005 she bought in the skills of professional actors so that Partners With You could offer a full range of communications training to support customers who wanted to deal with the key reason their processes and procedures weren’t working - communication!
Partners With You now provides communications training; taking the training out of the classroom and involving attendees in practical sessions where they learn by doing rather than listening. Covering topics from Presentation and Confidence Building to Creative Thinking and Collaboration they utilise the skills of professional actors who are able to pass on tips, techniques and skills gained from years of experience in their chosen field. Partners With You’s clients cross all industry sectors and include companies as diverse as Costain Group plc, Warner Bros Entertainment, Quintiles and The College of Law as well as dozens of individuals and small business owners.
