Biography
I graduated with a bachelors degree majoring in Business, Economics and Psychology in South Africa before moving to the UK. I joined the graduate training scheme in the Treasury Department of a major UK bank. After this I worked for a number of years in the Investment Banking division of a global financial institution, performing various financial and management accounting roles in both London and Paris. I am a qualified accountant (CIMA).
I have been working at the University of Surrey since January 2009, teaching on both financial and management accounting modules over a number of programmes.
