Biography
I am a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. I was previously at Bournemouth University where I also served as a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. I obtained a masters degree (with distinction) and PhD from Brunel University, under a fully funded scholarship. I also served as a graduate Teaching Assistant and part-time lecturer at Brunel University.
My research focuses on intrinsic motivation, public service motivation, pro-social motivation, job satisfaction, organizational change and adaptation. My research has been published in referred international journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Public Administration: Research and Theory and Kyklos.
