People and Organisations
Welcome to the People and Organisations (P&O) group’s homepage. The P&O group is the largest and most successful research-focused subject group in Surrey Business School. Our research spans a wide range of organisational behaviour and HRM-related issues.
Research Outputs: Our national/international reputation for rigorous and relevant research is reflected in the quality of our research outputs and our impact on practice.
Editorial Boards: Members of the group serve as editors, associate editors, consulting editors, and members of international editorial boards for numerous journals, including: Academy of Management Learning and Education; British Journal of Management; Human Resource Development International; International Journal of Management Reviews; Journal of Management Education; Management Learning; Personnel Review.
Funding: In recent years the group has received over £1 million in research funding from bodies such as the EACEA, HEPCE, KTPs, SEEDA, etc.
Postgraduates: We have over 20 full-time and part-time doctoral students in the group. We welcome applications for Ph.D. research in any of our research areas and for the DBA programme.
