People and Organisations Activities
The People and Organisations group regularly engage in variety of events and activities that enhance the quality and vibrancy of our research community. We offer a programme of activities for students, practitioners and alumni, both within the school and at external events.
MSc Dissertation Fair

At 1.00pm on Thursday 12th January 2012 the People and Organisations group are holding a Dissertation Fair for all MSc students interested in completing a dissertation project on a topic relating to organizational behaviour and human resource management. For more information contact Dr Ian Dawson.
Reading Group
Every month the members of the People and Organisations group meet to discuss and critically evaluate the work-in-progress of the other group members. For more information contact Dr MariaLaura DiDomenico.
PhD Student Presentations
Once a month the People and Organisations group offer our PhD students the opportunity to present their research in a friendly and supportive environment. This gives students a chance to disseminate their research, interact with fellow scholars, and receive constructive feedback regarding the progress of their research. Talk on “Inclusive Media”
Friday 21st October 2011
Professor Fels (University of Toronto) presented new research on enhanced captioning, audio description, alternative solutions for music access, and sign language tools that are all designed for improving access to media and the internet. She also demonstrated software that has been developed to support the creation of this media.
