Changing the menu on a monthly basis, Head Chef and Restaurant Manager John Walter works tirelessly to source the best local produce at the right time and price, giving our customers a top end dining experience of unrivalled value. Our broad range of wines are sourced from as close to home as Denbies Estate on Surrey's North Downs, to as far afield as the Lebanon.

Producing the Future of Hospitality Today

Far from just being an à la carte restaurant the Lakeside provides an ideal training environment for our International Hospitality Management students. During the semester time our students, under the expert guidance of the Lakeside professional team, prepare, produce and serve a themed set menu to run along side the à la carte offering.

Something special

From corporate events to wedding day bliss the Lakeside offers great versatility to suit whatever the occasion. With our dedicated functions co-ordinator, Hilary Harris on hand to tailor the event to your every requirement.

Available for evening, weekend and some week day hire, the Lakeside can accommodate between 30 to 80 for seated events and up to 150 for buffets.
