As a student on International Hospitality Management, the Lakeside restaurant forms an important part of your education in the first year. Students will gain experience of working both in front of house, as well as in the kitchen of our state of the art restaurant. The restaurant is also a great place to learn about team dynamics and leadership – all important skills in the hospitality and tourism industries.
