Prof Peter Jones has recently returned from the ICHRIE conference in Denver, where he was invited to present two workshops at the association’s Career Academy.   The International Council for Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Education (ICHRIE) is a global body made up of educators, researchers and industry practitioners dedicated to developing best practice in hospitality education and research.  Their Career Academy provides educators with the opportunity to learn from experts in the field.  Prof. Jones’s two workshops looked at case studies and how these should be developed for teaching and for research purposes.
