Of her award, Charlotte said,

"I was amazed and honoured to have been selected for a 'Future Career Investment Development Scholarship’ with HOSPA (the UK’s leading educational organisation for hospitality professionals involved in financial management, revenue management and IT).
I have been invited to attend their annual conference and IT exhibition (HOSPACE 2011) later this month affording me a tremendous opportunity to meet, learn from and network with some of the leading people in the hospitality industry. My thanks to Professor Peter Jones for nominating me and to my other tutors and The University of Surrey for mentoring me to this level"
