Biography
Eimear completed her PhD through the University of Limerick, Ireland in 2012. Her dissertation focused on expatriate cross-cultural adjustment and explored the relationship between overall person-environment fit and overall cross-cultural adjustment of non-national hospital doctors. Eimear completed her undergraduate diploma in Hotel Management in 2004, and her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at D.I.T Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin (Ireland) where she was awarded first class honours in 2006. Following this, Eimear completed her MBS in Human Resource Management at the University of Limerick (Ireland) in 2007. Eimear has also worked in the hospitality sector for a number of years in both Ireland and Spain.
