Biography

The passion Novie found for the industry at tourism high school in Indonesia led her to Switzerland to study Hotel Management at IHTTI in Switzerland (BA, Bournemouth University, UK). She worked for several hospitality companies, including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, in the U.S. and Canada prior to pursuing her MBA in Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Guelph, Canada. Previously she also had involvement with a few non-profit organizations with focus on the development of young people.
