Biography

Pantitra has been awarded a scholarship from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok and is currently taking her PhD at the University of Surrey.  Pantitra received her bachelor degree in business administration, majoring in International Business Management from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.  She then went on to work as a flight attendant at one of the international airline for 3 years before continue her education in Master of Management in Hospitality Business at Cornell University, U.S.A.

Research Title

The contextual influence toward passenger's food choice on board the aircraft.

Research Statement

The study aims to explain passenger's behaviour toward food preference on board
the airplane.
