Delayed or Cannot Make Your Booked Arrival Slot?
There is no need to let us know if you cannot make your booked arrival slot if you can still arrive on Saturday 22 or Sunday 23 September between 09:00 and 22:00 or whilst your court reception is open. Please come as soon as you can, taking into account the arrival arrangements for your court of residence.
If you are going to arrive after your reception has closed, please let us know so that your key can be left for collection at the Security Office in Senate House, which is open 24 hours a day.

Lost Luggage
If something goes astray, please report this as soon as you can to the reception for your court.
Maintenance
If something needs repairing in your room, please report this on the online helpdesk or, if you have an urgent repair, to your court reception (or for Hazel Farm, report to the Accommodation Office).
During the arrival weekend staff will be very busy so non-urgent routine repairs might not be completed until the following week.
Emergencies
The emergency number from an internal phone at the University is 3333. Please do not use this number for non-emergency matters.
For non-urgent calls to the 24-hour Security Office from the Freewire phone in your room, use 2019, 2002 or call +44 (0)1483 682002 from a mobile phone.
