Stephen Gourley Memorial Fund

To commemorate Stephen Gourley's life as a friend, colleague and teacher, the Professor Stephen Gourley Memorial Fund will create opportunities for mathematicians to thrive.

About Professor Stephen Gourley

Professor Stephen Gourley served the University of Surrey for 27 years, making many contributions. From his influential research on mathematical biology, to his inspiring, often humorous teaching of undergraduates, and supervision of PhD and masters students, to his long-lasting friendships with colleagues and collaborators - we’ll miss him greatly.
