Please complete this form if you would like to report an issue such as a noise complaint, drug use or a theft.
Note: if you would you like to report one of the following incidents, please use the Report + Support system:

- Sexual harassment and sexual assault
- Physical assaults
- Relationship abuse and stalking
- Concerns about mental health and wellbeing
- Drug/alcohol abuse and/or addiction
How your report will be handled
This service is monitored 24/7 by staff and forwarded to the most appropriate department or responded to by Campus Safety staff on duty. Unless you include your personal and contact details (optional), you cannot be traced or identified.
Data submitted via this form will be handled in line with the University of Surrey's information management policies.
