The IT Service Desk team are here to help you with any queries you may have about using IT at the University. If you have a request or require assistance you can contact the team using one of the methods below.

In Person: For face-to-face support visit the IT Service Desk located on Level 1 of the Library.
ResNet Support: To arrange for a ResNet Advisor to visit you in your room (available during Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00) you will need to complete a ResNet Form available from your Court Reception. If you live in Hazel Farm, you will need to collect a ResNet Form from the IT Ask Me Desk located on the first floor of the Library or alternatively call 01483 689898 and complete a form over the phone. A member of the ResNet team will then arrange to help you directly in your room, usually on the same evening.

Outside of opening times telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls will be handled by a third party who can provide help for many common IT issues.
