International collaboration

The Department has signed agreements and in the process of signing an agreement with a number of international partner universities to establish cooperation in both UG and Masters programmes.

Joint MSc programmes

The University of Surrey has signed off an agreement with the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute), Russia on a joint MSc programme which allows suitably qualified students registered with the Master programme on Information Security of the Faculty of Cybernetics and Information Security, MEPhI to study one year at the Department of Computer Science at Surrey as part of their 2-year study.

Fee reduction programmes for MSc applicants from partner universities

In these programmes, UG students studying at a counterpart department/school/college at a partner university can apply for continuing their MSc study at the Department of Computer Science, University of Surrey. Our current partner universities and their local contacts are listed below.

Visiting student programmes

In these programmes, UG and Masters students studying at a counterpart department/school/college of a partner university can apply for conducting a short or medium-term research project at the Department of Computer Science, University of Surrey.
