Surrey Business School launches employability masterclasses series
Standing-room only at inaugural event in a catalogue that will run throughout the year.
Surrey Business School has kicked off a masterclass series on employability and life after university with a visit from local business Primal Lifestyle, best known as official suppliers of cult footwear Vibram Fivefingers.
At the event, which was attended by large numbers of final-year undergraduates, Managing Director Matt Walden and Marketing Director Siobhan Maghee talked about their product and putting ideas into action, as well as launching a marketing competition for the students in attendance.
The masterclass sessions will run throughout the year and are designed to be interactive, with the potential to lead to a project in which students can apply the knowledge they have built up at Surrey.
A variety of speakers are lined up to run a broad range of future sessions, including Unilever, Nielsen and LinkedIn.
