Toast of Surrey, Young Business of the Year Winners- Ruby & Kind

On 28 April the county’s business community came together to celebrate the success of not only the winners on the night but of the thriving Surrey economy in general.

Surrey Business School were proud to be back as sponsors of the Toast Young Business of the Year (trading less than 12 months) category for the fourth year running. Other categories celebrated on the night included Creative Industries Award, Social Enterprise Award and Companies with a Turn-over up to £5million.

Our Surrey Business School Toast judging team selected Ruby & Kind as worthy winners.

The team have a real passion for delivering a quality product and service. Just under one year in and we saw a sustainable business with exciting plans for the future.’’

Ruby & Kind are a newly established farm food shop with local and artisan produce, trading for just over 7 months and employing 5 staff in total. The company have serviced an impressive 5847 customers in this time and support over 25 local independent suppliers.
