The Disability and Neurodiversity Service provides support to all students at the University of Surrey with a disability as defined by The Equality Act (2010). This includes: Specific learning differences (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia), Autistic spectrum conditions, Physical disabilities, long-term medical conditions and sensory impairments, Mental health conditions.
What we do:
Arrange and put into place reasonable adjustments for any aspect of your time at the University of Surrey
Implement exam arrangements
Offer SpLD screenings
Provide advice on the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)
The deadlines for exam adjustment applications: Applications received after these deadlines may not be processed in time for their examination windows. For specific information on the evidence we accept, please see the Registration page.
