Episode 2 of our mental health and wellbeing podcast is out now!

The second episode of A Safe Space, our new mental health and wellbeing podcast, is available now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and other platforms. This month's discussions centre around bereavement. How do we cope when loved ones pass away? Is there a right way to act and feel?

About Episode 2

Bereavement will affect all of us in our lifetimes – but how do we begin to process the void that’s left behind? Laurence Drew, Dr Ian Bailey and Simon Downs are joined by Reverend Duncan Myers, full-time Anglican (Church of England) Chaplain. They discuss their own experiences of loss and processing grief, considering what approach should be taken when breaking the news to children.
