Subject talks

Our subject talks give you an insight into what it’s like to study at Surrey, as well as information about the modules you could take, our facilities and Professional Training placement options.

You don't need to book a place in advance for most of our subject talks - seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. However, if you would like to attend a talk on veterinary medicine, nursing, midwifery or paramedic science, which will take place on our Manor Park campus, you must book your seats in advance.

Please be aware that space can be limited so we can only admit one family member/friend per prospective student for our subject talks.

Please arrive for subject talks no earlier than 10 minutes before published talk time. Room locations are marked on the open day campus map, which you will receive when you check-in on the day. Our staff and students will also be happy to offer further directions or help with any queries.

Subject tours

Many subjects offer facilities exhibitions or tours where you can explore the learning spaces where you’ll be studying.
