This 30-minute talk covers our passion for learning, life as a Surrey student and how we equip you with the skills you’ll need after graduation.

This 40-minute talk offers a guide to the UCAS application process and student finance, with tips on writing your personal statement, applying for financial support and making ends meet.

The Students’ Union is at the heart of campus life. In this 30-minute talk, you’ll find out how the Union can help you make the most of your leisure time at Surrey, with a huge variety of societies, events and entertainment, plus volunteering and training opportunities.

Discover the advantages of studying or working abroad as part of your Surrey degree. During the 30-minute talk, you’ll hear from staff in our International Relations Office and from a student who has experienced the benefits of Surrey’s international connections. The talk includes a question-and-answer session.

Before attending open day talks
Please read the following information before attending:
- You do not need to book a place in advance for talks - seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis (except veterinary medicine and science)
- Room locations are marked on the open day campus map, which you will receive on your arrival. Our staff and students will also be happy to offer further directions or help with any queries
- Please arrive at the talk room no earlier than 10 minutes before talk start time
- Please be aware, space can be limited so we can only admit one family member or friend per prospective student for our subject talks.
