I completed my Ph.D. in 2014 at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, under the supervision of Dra. Barbara Pichardo and Dr. Octavio Valenzuela. My thesis focused on studying the stellar kinematic structure generated by the dark matter halo. The central idea was to compare, through numerical simulations, the stellar kinematics generated by a spherical halo with that generated by a triaxial one, and find a strategy to detect triaxiality in the Galactic Dark Matter Halo.
